No, I would not deny that. It's true. You see anti-Semitic graffiti and here comments on occasion. What I would deny is that it is a major feature of contemporary Russian society -- as opposed to, say, dislike of Caucasians (people from the Caucasus, I mean) -- and by any standard is at a historical low point. It most definitely is not a motive in government policy, for God's sake.
