The grumpy old men mentioned the the post I quoted. Meant it humorously. Yes, there's lots of smart, savvy tech folks here. Good. How do we use it to further leftie causes?

As for Wave, etc., disagreement exists as to what the real time web means, if anything, as several have said here. Over on FriendFeed though, people like Scoble, Dave Winer, and plenty of people who worked for Google / etc. think it'll be a big deal. Things like rsscloud.org, and pubsubhubbub etc. will mean stuff appears elsewhere instantly now and that this could be a game changer.

No offense meant, I like all you folks. Besides, it's the 40th anniv. of Woodstock, I was there, so peace.
