The BBC have published an article centered around a remarkably honest
Chinese government minister. In the past they were quite hush-hush about the
whole social unrest thind. It seems they're really worried about
unemployment among those pulled into the workforce from the surrounding
countryside (read: the new proletariat) and among university graduates.
