Does anyone know how to *permanently* disable the annoying balloon notifications Windows XP launches each time it encounters a wifi network? MS has an online tool that is supposed to disable this idiotic feature, but it does it only temporarily until the machine is shut down & rebooted. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
