A temporary restraining order has been issued by a judge against the state of wisconsin that would allow the public to enter the capitol; however, as of this moment, people are still forbidden entry. It has been speculated by some friends that walker is waiting to reopen the Capitol until more supporters arrive; whatever the reason, this appears to be a violation of the order.
