I don't think that capitol will be empty tonight and there is *a lot* of serious talk re striking, not that it would in any way be pleasant...at all...but it's time.

It might also be time for all local activist groups to think about raising support money. Strikes, whether legal or not, are expensive. When strikes of the sort you envisage happen, the cost is huge and there is no way the strikers themselves can carry it.
