All of Bin Laden's alleged crimes amount at most to a slow day's work for Adolf Eichmann. Instead of assassinating that monster, the Israelis put him on trial in a city and country filled with survivors of his crimes. The trial was public, scrupulously fair, and Eichmann was deservedly executed. Justice was done. Bin Laden deserved no less.
