You mean older people identify with zombies? Ha ha, says the guy in his 40s.
Somebody suggested that zombies are the "regular guys" of the undead
to the haughty rock stars that vampires play. Vampires seem to have
been popular for longer but at a lower intensity -- I don't remember
them being so big in the 80s. Both seem to be a constant presence
now.
