I received an ad from this site http://insurance.comparisons.org/ver2/?sub=1-rinat1
promising me all sorts of savings on my premiums. I am also offered a rate comparison for different insurance companies. There is just one problem. Manitoba has a government owned monopoly insurer Manitoba Autopac.
Perhaps the ad makers did not believe such a system could exist in these times.
