I don't know what planet Woj lives on, but my sense is that this is his reactive liberal button going off rather than his considered and researched typing approach being executed.... laws of this sort are regularly on the legislative agenda all across the Midwest and North Central states (and, I'd imagine, in (at least) WV, PA, NH, and ME in the mid-Atlantic and New England states... and, from the polling I've seen, they have widespread public support... what has, in large part, kept them from passing here in MI has been opposition from the police, but the general public's by no means opposed to either "stand your ground" "shoot-first" "self-defense" or concealed weapons here in the North Central states.
