[WS:] Probability. If you pick a random vehicle on a two-lane rod in most US locations, the chances are it will be a pickup truck, not a Lincoln Continental.

BTW - I also think that fines for DUI - or for that matter ANY fines - should be means-tested. The higher the income, the larger the fine.
