Seemingly not touched upon is the duplicitous nature of the prosecution which no doubt makes a living at over-prosecuting Trayvon's everyday. Had he survived, he possibly (and that's being generous) would have been charged with assault with intent ... and pressures would have been brought to bear to try him as an adult, down there in florida!

Don't tell me it doesn't happen! My 17yr old daughter witnessed a fight in Ramsey Cty, Minnesota (st paul) and was charged with a felony incite to riot, with the county prosecuter seeking to get tough with girl gangs (of which no one involved had any affiliation). As it happens, that potential felony could have been re-visited until age 25! (Additionally they tried to get a dna swab even prior to an appearance in court!).

Luckily a black judge hearing the case, spent a half hour admonishing the county attorney for even bringing the case and the public defender for even pursuing a non-felony lesser charge plea bargain! (We were days away from moving to madison, wisconsin and she was days away from turning 18. Little did I know that, dane county as shown by a bruce dixon of black agenda report, survey would be rated as one of the worst places in the nation to be a black youth based on per capita incarceration rates!)

There's little doubt there is a de facto 'industry' in seeing to it that minority youth get "on paper"! So one can hardly be surprised at a zimmerman outcome. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
