The piece is obviously meant as a spoof but I suspect the 
Greek/Latin divide is not entirely irrelevant. Like black/white
in the US, it remains a fault line. It seemed highly relevant 
in the last adventure of this kind, namely the dismemberment 
of Yugoslavia.
